Thank you for choosing Only Recharge for your recharge needs. We strive to provide you with the best possible service and experience. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected, and in such cases, we have a refund policy in place.

Our refund policy is designed to protect the interests of our customers and ensure that they are not at a disadvantage in case of any transactional or technical errors. We want to make sure that our customers have a hassle-free experience while using our services and are satisfied with the quality of service they receive.


OUR REFUND POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS

1. Refunds are only applicable for failed transactions or transactions where the recharge amount has not been credited to your account. If you have made a successful transaction, you will not be eligible for a refund.

2. In case of a failed transaction, we will initiate a refund within 24 hours of the transaction. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 10-25 business days. However, we request you to wait for 24 hours before contacting our customer support team, as sometimes there may be delays in processing refunds due to technical reasons.

3. If you have been charged for a transaction but the recharge amount has not been credited to your account, please contact our customer support team immediately with your transaction details. We will investigate the issue and initiate a refund within 24 hours if the issue is found to be genuine.

4. If you have mistakenly entered the wrong details, such as the wrong mobile number or operator, we cannot provide a refund. However, please contact our customer support team, and we will try our best to assist you.

5. We reserve the right to reject any refund request if we suspect any fraudulent activity or misuse of our services. If we find any suspicious activity, we may investigate the matter and take appropriate action as per our policies.

6. Refunds will be issued in the same mode of payment used for the transaction. For example, if you used a UPI for the transaction, the refund will be credited to the same UPI account.

7. Any promotional offers or discounts availed during the transaction will be forfeited upon initiating a refund. If you have used a coupon code or availed of any other offer, the discount amount will not be refunded.

8. We may change our refund policy at any time without prior notice. However, we will notify our customers of any changes made to the policy.
